Abyudhaya is a commercial project in Indira Nagar, Bangalore. The client requirement was a G+4 office space with a terrace space treated with appealing landscape. The building was designed as a sustainable 4-storey low-rise building. The primary focus of the project was to create a progressive and creative workplace that can embrace the strictest environmental criteria. The result is a flexible, collaborative setting that combines the latest workplace with an environmentally responsible approach to building. The building façade is designed with kinetic architecture. Vertical gardens are introduced into the design to spread a positive vibe in the spaces. Terrace is treated with landscape and an outdoor sitting area serving as a stress relief zone.
