A rectangular form is adopted in the given rectangular plot, in order to achieve the maximum built-up area. The building designed for the client Axis Builders, serves two functions- Retail and working spaces. Without hindering the two functions of the building, separate entrances are given for the retail and office spaces.
Both entrances are treated elegantly with green creepers, landscaping and vertical gardens. The natural lighting from the south face is utilised effectively through the use of pergolas, cut outs and greenery. The spaces are kept lively and interesting through the architecture of the building and the activities happening in the space. Landscaping with groove bamboos and greenery tends to seek attention among the users.
The structure consists of a single level basement for car parking, with ground floor occupying the retail sector and 3 floors above occupying the office spaces.
We designed our Tunnel Wall project with a modern, clean look that is both practical and inspirational. The Tunnel Wall offers a unique and enjoyable experience suited to every visitor, no matter their age. MARS ARCHITECTS was inspired by the region’s architecture and natural environment and our team decided to base the design of the project on those elements.
