It was one of the first projects done by Ar.Mahendra.Mohan. The site was located in Oman. The strange site profile was effectively solved by the architect through the simple addition of curves.

The main constraints faced during the designing process were pre designed plan. Leaving the architect with the only option of redesigning the façade from scratch. Without changing the units and the design, an atrium was introduced into the design which opened up the building. Double heights were used to achieve the same. Designed in the year 2014, the façade design seemed very unconventional yet pleasing the client.
