Role and Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our firm. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing business development strategies to expand our client base and market presence.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive networking, relationship building, and lead generation.
Collaborating with the design and project teams to create tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business growth.
Keeping abreast of industry developments and representing MARS Architects™ at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex architectural concepts in a compelling manner.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective business development strategies.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet targets and drive growth.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
