The site is located in the IT hub of Calicut, near to the national highway. The design team was able to achieve the maximum built up area possible despite the site constraints. As the mandatory policy followed by the team maximum trees were are retained in the site. A central core vertical circulation was adopted for the apartment.
The 2 major typologies are 1BHK and 2BHK. Suites were also added apart from the former. The building has two entrances, one which directly leads into the lobby and hotel area and another one directly to the parking area. The South façade is treated with jalli works which played a major role in filtering the light and creating a play of light and shadow in the interior of the building. The other side is treated with glass and mullions.
The grandeur in the hotel lobby is achieved through the large ceiling spaces, which is treated well with design elements. All the modules are placed in 30m circulation area.
