Hotel + Club house

Location- Mattanur, Kannur, Kerala

The goal in designing the hotel cum club house was to achieve the maximum build-up area without compromising the aesthetic and functional values. It is located in close proximity to the Kannur International Airport at Mattannur. The building comprises of a restaurant, club house spread across 3 floors and hotel rooms in the upper levels. Two levels of basement parking accessed via ramp from the entrance were also designed. The facade is treated with vertical louvers backed up with glazing. The effective use of green wall and creepers is an add on to the aesthetic and functional approach.
